HOW TO GET RID OF YOUR GRIEF OR SADNESS


Everyone in this world mus have a problem, problems are like the dust, which is always keep coming and make something looks bad because it's sitting on it. But how do we wipe it away? Some people has their own way to solve their problems, what about you? I'm sure you have to face it on your own too. Whatever you do in order to solve your own problems, make sure it worth it, never give up, cause life is all about 'em. Problems make people sad, no matter who you are. But some kind of sadness are not caused by problems. But how do you get rid of that sadness? It is your choice, choose it wisely, never let yourself drawn in sadness, cause that's bad. So here I give you some advise to get rid of that sadness:

1.) Leave your past in peace.
Don't let your past bother you. You live for the future, you produce something for the future, it's not worth for you to keep thinking and feel bad about your past. Just keep moving on, keep looking forward, and always be positively with whatever will come later.

2.) Don't give a damn about what people think

If you're sad, do not let yourself thinking about what people might think about you. It's only going to make you feel even more sad or worse. So stop over thinking, as I stated above, keep positive. People can think or say whatever they want but the truth is they never really know anything what you've been through, so just keep moving on, it's your life, you can do whatever you want.

3.) Time is an answer, give it a little bit more time

Time will heal the wound. If you're hardly to calm yourself down, just think of this; soon all of this will be over, it's only a matter of time. As you think of that, there are plenty more things to do, just don't hit yourself that bad.

4.) Do something new.

 Something new is always interesting, it's always challenging. This new thing can be anything, whatever you like or whatever you want. For example, fishing, touring, like I said it can be anything. While you're doing something new, you got to focus on that new thing, and then suddenly everything that you feel sad about is gone, and you don't even realize it. The key is just keep focusing and have fun.

5.) Hang out with your family or friends

Take a break with your family by doing something like maybe going on vacation, or a trip, or something like a hobby. Family is the first people that are close to you, your parent are the one who exactly will understand you, and they'll know what best for you. But sometimes joking with family has its limitations. There are many things that might look awkward when with family if you cross the limit. If you want to be free, then go with your friends, especially best friends. Friends who really understand you, understand your situation. Having fun with friends is much more than a pleasure. I think, friends who understand you will make you happy. I also think that having the best friends means everything. So, don't say no to your friends when you are sad, because in fact they want to see you smile and laugh again.

6.) Don't think too much, life must go on.

If you even feel very depressed, never let your mind keep thinking about it. Sometimes you feel like there's nothing to live for, nothing to fight for, you feel like want to give up or even end your life. If that's what you think, then you're wrong. There must be something to fight for, you got to find something that really valuable in your life, whatever it is. Whether it's your family, the one who you love, your son or daughter, doesn't matter. You'll enjoy it, helping others always makes your heart feel better. Suicide is not a solution, it's a cowardice move. I might say "what a pussy". You still have plenty of times, you got everything you need to bounce back, prove everyone that you can do better. Reach your dream, don't ever let anyone stand in your way. Keep believing and be positive, cause nothing is impossible.

7.) Smile.

This is the easiest way for you to do. But you have to do it like you mean it, don't pretend it, people around you will not happy if they find out that you're faking your smile. Never let problems or sadness kill your smiles, never reject to smile, cause it's also one of the most powerful thing that human can do.

So, I guess that's all, maybe you all have another things to fill your day with in order to kill your sadness. The point is, keep motivating yourself, keep believing, it's your life, you're the only one who can save yourself. Sadness is only going to make you look weaker, so be strong, don't be a quitter, never let those frustrating words gets in your vocabulary. You know that, everybody is a hero in their own life. So, be a hero for yourself and never ever give up.
